From Santa Clara Valley

Take Highway 17 toward Santa Cruz, exit in Scotts Valley at Mount Hermon Road and proceed to Felton. Take Felton Empire Road to Empire Grade Road.

From San Lorenzo Valley

Take Highway 9 to Felton-Empire Road, Alba Road or Jamison Road, then proceed to Empire Grade Road.

From Santa Cruz

Take Mission (Hwy 1), turn on Bay and proceed toward UC Santa Cruz to High Street. Turn left on High (which becomes Empire Grade) and proceed 12.5 miles.

From the San Francisco Bay Area

Driving south from the San Francisco Bay Area on Highway 1, take Bonny Doon Road about a mile south of Davenport onto Pine Flat Road, turn left on Empire Grade Road and follow the Crest Ranch signs.
